Announcement Regarding Dormitory Applications for Students Accepted to Boğaziçi University Through Erasmus or Exchange Programs

Spring Semester of the 2026-2027 Academic Year

This application period covers students who will be coming to Boğaziçi University through Erasmus or Exchange Programs during the Spring Semester of the 2026-2027 Academic Year.

1. Application Dates

You may submit your application online between 22 September 2026 at 10:00 and 26 September 2026 at 17:00.
Please note that applications submitted outside this period or after the deadline will not be accepted.

2. How to Submit an Online Dormitory Application

• To apply, your name.surname@std.bogazici.edu.tr e-mail account must be active.
• To begin the process, access the dormitory application form via the Dormitories and Scholarships System
  (https://ybs.bogazici.edu.tr/#/auth/login), complete the form, and submit it.
• You may update your information at any time until the application period ends. However, please make sure not to leave your application in “draft” status; incomplete applications cannot be evaluated.
• To avoid possible technical issues, we recommend submitting your application via a computer.

3. Documents to Be Uploaded During the Application

Documents must be uploaded in PDF, JPEG, or JPG format, with each file not exceeding 5 MB.

Required Documents:

• Passport-sized Photo
• University Acceptance Letter
• Medical report (only if you have a health condition to declare)

4. Documents to Be Submitted Upon Check-In

If you are granted a place in a dormitory, you must submit the 2025–2026 Academic Year Dormitory Undertaking Form to the relevant dormitory administration and complete the deposit payment.

5. Additional Information

When arriving at the dormitory, please remember to bring your personal items such as a mattress protector (mandatory), bed linens, pillow, blanket, and towels.
